Cartagines Fall to Herediano in Costa Rica Primera Division

It was a disappointing night for Cartagines as they suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Herediano in their latest outing in the Costa Rica Primera Division.

The home team struggled to find their rhythm, and it was Herediano who took control of the game from the start. The visitors’ attacking prowess paid off in the first half as they scored twice to take a commanding lead into the break.

Cartagines did manage to pull one back in the second half, but it was too little, too late as Herediano held on for the win.

The result sees Herediano move up the table, while Cartagines will be looking to bounce back in their next match.
