LPF Play Introduces Monthly Fee for Argentina’s Primera Nacional and Lower Divisions

The Argentine football league has taken a significant step towards monetizing its lower divisions. LPF Play, the official platform for broadcasting ascenso matches, will now charge a monthly fee of $15,000 to access live streams of Argentina’s Primera Nacional, B Metropolitana, and C.

This move affects fans who want to watch the lower-tier leagues, including Primera Nacional. However, some tournaments remain free, such as Federal A, women’s futsal, and the Torneo Promocional Amateur. The paid tier covers a range of related programming as well.

The introduction of a monthly fee is part of LPF Play’s efforts to provide high-quality live streaming experiences. The platform has been the official broadcaster of ascenso matches since its launch in March.
