Carabao Cup Referees Appointed for Round Three

The Carabao Cup has announced its referee appointments for Round Three of the competition.

A total of 12 matches will take place across two days, with some high-profile fixtures set to kick off on Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

Match Officials Appointed

On Tuesday, September 8, AFC Bournemouth will host Lincoln City at the Vitality Stadium, with Elliot Bell taking charge of proceedings. Crystal Palace will face Middlesbrough at Selhurst Park, with Tony Harrington refereeing the match.

Leyton Orient will entertain Bradford City at Brisbane Road, while Millwall welcome Newcastle United to The Den. Sunderland will host Hull City at the Stadium of Light, with Paul Tierney officiating.

More Appointments Announced

The following day, Wednesday, September 9, Chelsea will face Leeds United at Stamford Bridge, with Jarred Gillett refereeing the match.

The next set of fixtures take place on Tuesday, September 15, when Ipswich Town host Arsenal and Liverpool welcome Tottenham Hotspur to Anfield. Peterborough United will entertain Barnsley, while Reading face Brentford at Madejski Stadium.

West Ham United will host Fulham at the London Stadium, with Gavin Ward taking charge of proceedings.

Last But Not Least

The final match of Round Three takes place on Wednesday, September 16, when Coventry City welcome Aston Villa to the Coventry Building Society Arena. Robert Jones will referee this highly anticipated fixture.
