Banijay Gaming’s Betclic brand has been unveiled as the new title sponsor of French football’s Ligue 3 for the next three seasons.

The agreement marks an expansion of Betclic’s existing partnership with the French Football Federation (FFF), under which Betclic serves as a partner of the men’s and women’s French National Teams, the Coupe de France Crédit Agricole, the Coupe de France Féminine, and the Arkema Première Ligue.

Previously known as the Championnat National, the third tier of the French football league system has been reformed ahead of the 2026/27 season to create a new professional league.

FFF president Philippe Diallo said, “The creation of Ligue 3 represents a major step in the structuring and development of French football, meeting a strong and long-standing expectation of the clubs.” He added that Betclic’s support will help promote Ligue 3 as an attractive, economically sustainable, and resolutely innovative league.

Betclic Group CEO Julien Brun stated, “Ligue 3 is a championship where innovation meets the passion of local communities. It is this uniqueness that made us want to go further with the French Football Federation.” He emphasized Betclic’s commitment to supporting clubs, supporters, and regions through its technology and power.
