Forge FC Surges Ahead of Puebla in Concacaf Rankings

Canadian Premier League powerhouse Forge FC has made a significant leap in the Concacaf Club Rankings, surpassing Liga MX side Club Puebla. This remarkable feat is all the more impressive considering Forge’s relatively young age, with the Hamilton-based team being only eight years old compared to Puebla’s 82-year history.

The latest rankings place Forge FC at 53rd overall, one position above Club Puebla. This achievement is a testament to the team’s growing strength and competitiveness on the international stage. The CPL side has been making waves in recent months, not only challenging for the league title but also climbing the Concacaf rankings.

Forge FC’s rise to prominence can be attributed in part to the signings of high-profile players such as Lucas Cavallini. The Canadian striker’s decision to join Forge from a Liga MX side has been seen as a significant coup, and his performances on the pitch have undoubtedly contributed to the team’s success.

The Concacaf Club Rankings are a measure of a team’s performance in various competitions, including league play and international tournaments. Forge FC’s surge up the rankings is a welcome development for Canadian soccer fans, who are eager to see their teams compete at the highest level.
